In addition to the Business Support Program we help our clients identify hidden opportunities through our Comprehensive Business Analysis (CBA).

This process helps our clients uncover all of their assets, clearly list them out, assess the degree to which they are being utilized, and what risks are associated with underutilization. We're not just about finding problems, we also help our clients develop a clear and achievable program to unleash their inner strengths.

We conduct an analysis of the assets the company possesses from financial and physical assets to intangibles like brand, human capital, market share, etc. We look at everything that "should" be driving performance, and assess to what degree it is and what we can do to make sure it does. This includes an in-depth analysis of the business targeted at uncovering operational areas of opportunity to increase overall revenues, profits, and efficiencies. It covers all of the main functions of the business including sales, marketing, finance, accounting, operations, technology, HR, and planning.

We also complete a financial ratio analysis to show if finances are being utilized most effectively and conduct an industry benchmark analysis. This analysis will compare the business both to its industry as well as the market in all areas including sales, expenses, profits, margins, and growth numbers to name a few.

Upon completing the Comprehensive Business Analysis, we present our findings in a coherent, easy-to-understand format that helps company leadership see for themselves the full stable of assets they control and how well they are currently being used. Along with this presentation, we deliver our recommendations for how to maximize performance and leverage inner strengths to ensure they reach their goals. Used with the Business Support Program we help our clients achieve their goals by working with them to develop the plan, get it done together, and continuously monitor our progress to make adjustments as needed.
