Todd Zyra

Todd Zyra is currently CEO and President of Upstate Business Associates. Todd is a skilled and experienced executive with over 15 years of experience in general management, business operations, customer service, and sales and marketing.

Todd's substantial executive background and extensive knowledge of business operations enables him to work with independently owned businesses providing a full range of performance improvement services.

Todd gained his experience from executive and general management level positions in a variety of disciplines such as business service outsourcing, security, specialty corporate products, branded promotional products, hygiene products and services, production supplies, wireless communications, and wireless data transmission services, and with Fortune 500 companies such as Cintas Corporation, Nextel, and Sprint, as well as the United States Marine Corps.

Todd has extensive experience and a portfolio of successes increasing revenues & profitability, reducing costs, and providing businesses with the support & coaching to exceed objectives. He has advanced expertise in strategic planning, new business development, process improvement, and personnel development. He has been responsible for operations, logistics, vendor relations, sales, and financial administration and is reputable for increasing customer retention and optimizing business operations.

Todd has been helping businesses for over fifteen years. As a senior executive he focused on major corporate clients like Xerox, Waste Management, Bausch and Lomb, and governmental clients like the United States Military Academy at West Point, The U.S. Post Office, Monroe County, and the City of Rochester.

Todd has a B.S. Degree from Niagara University where he studied Marketing and Accounting, and an MBA from Northeastern University.
